I have spyware that deletes SpybotS&D plus AVG-Anti-Virus.?

How do I get rid of this spyware; I have run various anti-spyware programs that can be installed (Ad-Aware, AVG-Anti-Spyware, SUPERAntiSpyware).

But if I try to install SpyBotS%26D then spyware deletes the spybot.exe; so I can't open it! And it deletes the TeaTimer executable too!

And when I try to install AVG-Anti-Virus it deletes the program folder so quick the installation fails!

Also, I have picked up hundreds of files with the anti-spyware programs that did install; and still I have obvious problems.

Including, my Internet Explorer opens every 5 minutes and tries to connect to a random IP Address like http://122.122.122.122/checkin.php or something like that; I forget.

Should I do a Hijack This! log? If so, where is the best site to take this log??
