I have just installed norton anti-virus 2007 now limewire is not working?

i have just installed norton anti-virus 2007 now limewire is not getting a connection in fact no p2p programs are working for example u torent and frostwire, ive allowed limewire on the norton settings and have tryed everything i can think of, can someone please help?

you have to program norton to accept limewire as a ok familiar site usually by simple clicking ok when it asks for access.not that i'm indorsing norton cause it sucks but that was just my experience .

I had nothing but problems with Norton. You need to uninstall or disable it in order to access limewire.

just as a warning and i know it has nothing to do with the question but they're starting to prosecute limewire users. I heard it on the news!
Norton Personal Firewall is blocking it.

Either temporarily disable the firewall or allow the software as an exception
Yes. If worst comes to worst, right click on the norton icon(s) in the system tray and disable them.
