ummm.... If im uderstanding your question right, You ran your antivirus, it appeared clean but you computer stills run slow. Well try booting up in safe mode( by repeatedly pressing the "F8" key as the operating system boots) and then run your antivirus while you are in that mode to see if it catches anything. other than that you may need more Ram for your system.
