i have installed AVG 7.5 free anti virus, plus ad-aware 2007 which are both free, is there anything else i need to protect my laptop that is also free!!!! thanks for your help

MY DEAR WHO IDIOT HAVE SAID U TO USE AVG OR AD WARE THESE ARE ALL JUST FLUKES AND NEVER DETECT VIRUS . MY OPION IS TO USE UPDATED NORTON ANTI VIRUS 2007 OR U FEEL IT IT HEAVY THEN USE UPDATED AVAST OR SPYWARE THESE FOUR ARE THE BEST ANTI VIRUSES TILL DATE
