You said having more than 1 anti virus program is bad...

So what should I do? I have Avast, Adaware, and was planning to get Kaspersky....so...

and whats the best spyware destroyer etc thing? xD

I would stay with Kaspersky and use this for anti spyware. It does a lot deeper scan than most and its free.
