PLease!how do i stop this anti-virus pop ups!!!?

I keep getting these anti-virus pop -ups but i know there all viruses, or crap like that. Can sum 1 plz help me with this to stop!

There two things which can do this 1.smitfraud 2.vundo Trojan

both require a tool to remove them:

Anti virus or anti spyware programs wont remove these.

These are the result of spyware. Even a good antivirus program cannot get rid of them.

Download, install, and update some spyware protection, from download.com. I use Ad-Aware and Spybot; others will suggest other spyware protection programs and any decent one(s) will do.

Then turn off your system restore (in XP: right-click My Computer, choose Properties, then System Restore tab) and restart in Safe mode (F8 while restarting).

Run full-system scans, anti-virus and spyware.

Restart your computer. If problems are gone, turn System Restore back on.
I suggest you download Ad-Aware SE and Spybot S%26D (they鈥檙e free), install them, update them and run them. If they don't seem to be able to get rid of everything they report finding, try running them again, this time in Safe Mode. Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there.

To get into Safe Mode:

1.Log out and reboot your machine.

2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key

3.Select Safe Mode from the resulting menu.

4.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different. You won't be able to see the Internet, for instance. You may have to log in as Administrator to delete the bad files.

5.When you're finished, log out and reboot back into normal mode.

Update and run both regularly, along with a good anti-virus package.
